Masina este proiectata sa sudeza profilele din PVC prin topirea colturilor.
Permite reglarea presiunii de prindere a menghinelor si a presiunii de presare a profilelor. Posibilitate de sudura in unghiuri de la 30 la 180 de grade profilele sunt fixate pe rind cu ajutorul unei pedale.
Dupa fixarea profilelor sudarea se executa automat.
Temperatura este controlata printr-un termostat electronic si poate fi reglat in intervalul 0° – 260°.
Limitarea cordonului de sudura (optional se poate dota cu dispozitiv de limitare a cordonului de sudura pana la 0.2mm). Operare complet automata

TK 501 Pvc Single Corner Welding Machine

Machine is designed for the joining of PVC profiles though corner welding.
Capable of adjusting the clamp and welding pressure according to the profile type.
Equipped with a timer for melting and welding time. Capable of welding at angels between 30° 180° Profiles are clamped one by one via foot pedal.
After clamping the profiles, the welding is carried out automatically.
The thermostat is electronic and can be adjusted in a temperature range between 0° – 260°

Utilajele se folosesc la lipirea (sudare) de profile PVC.
Utilajul este construit pe un sasiu de otel ce garanteaza o stabilitate foarte buna a acestuia, tablele sunt din aluminiu de 25 mm grosime pentru a asigura precizie la sudare profilelor de PVC la fiecare topire.
Pe ambele parti ala utilajului sunt suporti pentru a sustine profilele de lungime mai mare.
Permite reglarea presiunii de prindere a menghinelor si a presiunii de presare a profilelor. Posibilitate de sudura in unghiuri de la 30 la 180 de grade profilele sunt fixate pe rind cu ajutorul unei pedale.
Componentele electronice sunt in conformitate cu standardele CE. Masina este echipata cu sistem de siguranta si protectie electronica si peumatica pentru siguranta operatorului. Utilajul se foloseste pentru debitare (taiere) profile din PVC si profile aluminiu la ambele capete sau la un singur cap.
Utilaj de taiat la doua capete cu unghi reglabil cu fierastrau circular proiectat pentru taierea la ambele capete , sau la un cap si taiere dreapta sau sub un anumit unghi a profilelor din PVC si aluminiu.
Capul de taiere din stanga este fix, capul din dreapta este mobil. Tairea la unghiuri de 90 si 45 de grade capetele fierastraielor sunt aliniate automat. La 15-22.5-30 si unghiurile intermediare capetele fierastraielor sunt reglabile manual.
Lama fierastraului este actionata pneumatic, si este posibil sa se regleze viteza de miscare a fierastraului cu precizie in concordanta cu materialul ce urmeaza a fi taiat.
Numarul pieselor ce urmeaza a fi taiat poate fi introdus si programat prin tastatura interfetei pentru introducerea datelor de pe utilaj.
Masian este echipata cu clame pneumatice ce opereaza la presiuni scazute, si sunt proiectate sa opereze in timpul taierii din motive de siguranta chiar daca operatorul are ambele miini ocupate.
Capul din dreapta este prevazut cu sistem de frinare pneumatic. Din motive de siguranta masina nu functioneaza cu frina ridicata.
Utilajul are un dispozitiv conveior conectat pe capul din dreapta.
Ambele capete de taiere sunt garantate pentru o oprare sigura.
Masurarea poate fi facuta cu precizie cu un sistem de citire digital.
Masina este proiectata in conformitate cu Certificatele de Siguranta ale CE si UL.

DC 420 P | Double Head Angled Cutting Machine With Hidden Saw-Full Automat

Double Head Angled Cutting Machine with circular mitre saws designed for double side, single side and straight or angular cutting of PVC and aluminium profiles.
The left cutting head is fixed, while the right head is movable. Cutting at 90 and 45 degree angles the saw heads are tilted automatically. At 15-22.5-30 and other intermediate angles the saw heads are adjusted manually.
The saw blade movement is hydro-pneumatically, and it is possible to adjust the movement speed of the saw blade precisely according to the material to be cut.
The number of pieces to be cut can be entered and programmed via data input on the keypad located on the machine.
The machine is equipped with pneumatic clamps operated via low pressure, and has been designed so that both hands are occupied during the cutting operation for maximum operator’s safety.
The movable right saw head is equipped with a pneumatic brake, which is activated automatically when starting the cutting operation to fix the movable head.
The machine disposes about a conveyor system connected onto the movable right head.
Both cutting heads are fully guarded for maximum operator’s safety.
The cutting measurement can be adjusted precisely via digital read-out system.
The machine has been designed according to the European CE and the UL Safety Directives.
